Sarah Cogswell
Throughout my teens and into young adulthood, I have had youth pastors and leaders who encouraged me to follow the Lord and share the Gospel in every aspect of my life. As the YCI National Expansion Director, I now have the honor of equipping middle and high school students in YCI Expansion areas, allowing even more students to hear and know the love of Jesus. With almost 15 years of ministry experience, I have seen God's hand move in the next generation, and I am excited to see what He has in store for the future!

Ella Rothell
I grew up in a loving Christian home, surrounded by people who strengthened and encouraged my walk with God. Over the last couple of years, God has called me to step into the exciting journey of student ministry. As a YCI resident, I have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus in middle and high schools, empowering students to step boldly into their faith and share it with others. God is on the move in these schools, and I feel so privileged to witness firsthand what He is doing!

Peri Evans
For years, I struggled with depression, anxiety and addiction. I tried everything—rehab, AA, outpatient programs—but nothing brought lasting change. It wasn’t until I truly surrendered to Christ that my life began to transform. God has placed a deep desire in me to help others and share the hope I've found. After much prayer and searching, I believe I’ve found the right opportunity with YCI—a ministry where I can grow in my faith and learn to serve others more effectively. I’m raising funds to participate in this program so I can continue walking in God’s calling, grow in His Word and develop the skills to lead and encourage others in their own journeys. I’m trusting God to use this opportunity to strengthen me and prepare me for future ministry.

Grace Carter
I grew up surrounded by Christians and strong leaders who showed me the love of God. Over time, God has shaped—and continues to shape—my faith, giving me a deep desire for students to know and live out the hope of Jesus.
As a YCI resident, I have the joy of supporting Christian clubs in middle and high schools, helping students take ownership of their faith and confidently share it with their peers.
With a strong belief in the role schools can play in both discipleship and evangelism, I’m excited to be part of a ministry that equips the next generation to live boldly for Christ.
