YCInterim Program Lead: We provide temporary youth ministry staffing for churches navigating a leadership transition. Each church receives a dedicated two-person team: a Director to oversee high-level programming, and a Program Lead to run the weekly student gatherings. The Program Lead position also serves as a paid internship, equipping individuals called to vocational youth ministry.
