Student Ministry Architects Associate

Job Description:

The SMA Associate provides oversight and leadership with one to two local SMA partner churches, as well as the local schools surrounding that church and schools with a significant presence of SMA partner church students. He/she works to help execute the weekly student ministry programming and events. The SMA Associate engages students, parents, and volunteers to further the SMA program goals while setting the SMA partner church up for success as they search for their new youth pastor/leader.
