YCI whole-heartedly believes in the church. That’s why we provide campus ministry environments to get students connected back to the local church, interim staffing solutions to help churches win during times of youth ministry transition, residency programs for those interested in pursuing ministry, and lastly, coaching for youth pastors who want to continue to sharpen their leadership skills and excel in faith development.

What do we coach?

In collaboration with Lead222, YCI utilizes a curriculum that is both challenging and life-giving, helping to prevent youth pastor burnout and ensure that those leading the next generation are pouring out from a cup that is overflowing. Through 1 on 1 sessions via video calling or in-person, one of our YCI certified coaches will walk you through the following Lead222 content:

  • 1. AUTHENTIC COMMUNITY
    I will be known, know others, and never settle for surface relationships.

    I will invest the best of me into my family first.

    3. UNCOMMON INTEGRITY
