More Than A Story: A 3- week series on the parables of Jesus.

• Sermon Texts: Matt. 13:1-9, 13-18, Matthew 18:21-35, & Luke 15:11-32

• Sermon Series: All throughout His ministry, Jesus often spoke in parables to help illuminate the truth that He was communicating. Ultimately, parables were often memorable stories featuring characters and situations that many people refer to as earthly stories with heavenly impact. Jesus uses these parables to highlight truth to those seeking to understand and to conceal the truth to those who were indifferent or biased against the Messiah. In this three week series, we are going to dive into some of the parables Jesus tells as we search for truth. We hope each parable helps point us towards the Gospel and students will understand how these stories impact their life today as they seek to follow the truth.
